Software purchases are non-refundable after the 60-day trial period.

Training fees are non-refundable once you have accessed the online materials.

For consultations, once we deliver the completed paperwork, the service is non-refundable. If the project ends before this point, we will issue a prorated refund to the borrower automatically.
